You’ve chosen a home to rent! What now?!
The application process is quick and easy! Just contact one of our leasing agents at 704-285-1555 to receive a link to our secure website where you will fill in your information, submit the application and pay the application fee. The application fee covers the cost of background, eviction and credit checks, which we will order as soon as we receive your application. Once we’ve reviewed your application and reports for background, eviction and credit, we will be in touch about your approval. This process usually takes 48-72 hours.
If your application is approved, you will receive an email detailing the terms of the lease. You will also receive an invitation to create your account for the tenant portal. Please create your account ASAP as you’ll need to submit your security deposit through the portal as soon as you sign the lease. The lease will be signed electronically through our secure signature program and you’ll receive a copy of the ratified lease once all parties have signed.
Your first month’s rent payment and any pet fees are due at least 5 business days prior to your move in. You will submit these payments through the tenant portal as well. You will fill out a condition inspection report at the beginning of your lease that we will keep on file. Please make comments on any issues you find!
